To
this day, John remembers the wonderful moment in
1994 on his first vacation to Bend, Oregon. He and
his wife Susan, and 7 year old daughter Fallon,
had just finished running the "Big Eddy" rapids
on the Deschutes River.
Still soaking wet from the exhilarating ride - all
three smiled at each and joyously agreed that someday
they would live in Bend.

Maybe
it was the deep blue skies that August day.
Possibly it was the flock of geese that
flew in perfect formation overhead.
But just as other great moments in our life
happen only once, this is the moment John
and his family discovered their true desire
to live in Bend.

John
realized that moving his family from Chico, CA,
and leaving a successful business that he conceived
and nurtured for over 21 years was indeed a courageous
venture. But John has always been the type of person
that doesn't do anything without passion and commitment.
That's what motivates John to strive to be the best
in whatever he does.
INVENTOR
Wanting to "live
life to it fullest" - and dive into the unknown
has helped John with many other aspects in his life
besides his successful career in real estate. In
1988, while working in his remodeling business,
he saw inherent problems with the two kinds of closet
doors and another "great moment" happened. A concept
came to him for a new type of roll-up door specifically
for closets. The US Patent Examiner was so impressed
with John's idea of putting a light and the motor
in the middle (instead of at either end) that he
granted him Patent #4,807,684.

"FAT
DADDY" Chocolate Chip Cookies
John's mother was a test cook for Betty
Crocker, and her delicious smelling kitchen instilled
the love for cooking in all three of her children.
Today, baking is one of John's favorite ways to
relax.
Never content to "take the easy road", John has
spent over 7 years creating his own unique gourmet
chocolate chip cookie recipe which he lovingly named
FAT DADDY. He sold these delicious, low calorie
morsels to numerous restaurants in California. Once
you meet John, you'll appreciate his friendly smile,
professional service and his Chocolate
Chip Cookies.

BEND
PHOTOGRAPHY
John's
is also an avid Photographer. Bend
is rapidly changing - but there are very few
places
more scenic than Central Oregon. So it was only
natural that he would continue one of his favorite
outdoor hobbies.

ENERGY
at WORK
The
same motivation John gained from being a business
owner and inventor has helped him become a successful
real estate professional. In November 2003, John
was inducted into the prestigious REMAX "Presidents
Club". In
2005, John was awarded the Diamond Award at Century
21 - the second highest award they present agents.
Now John is with Certified
Brokers and is working towards another great
year!
YOU
HAVE CHOICES!

"There
are few places more important than the one you call
home." John says. "I love my career because
I can channel my energy into helping people make
the best decisions when it comes to this important
